We offer Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO) systems for water that is lower than seawater salinity and generally comes from an inland, underground source. We can provide reverse osmosis water treatment systems to serve industrial, commercial, or municipal purposes such as drinking or irrigation. These BWRO systems run at lower pressure than typical seawater RO plants and can be used for a variety of purposes such as the removal of heavy metals, chemicals, or minerals. We now even offer a variety of energy recovery solutions for clients interested in reducing energy costs.

R2 – SERIES REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEMS
AXEON R2 – Series Reverse Osmosis Systems are designed for durability and superior performance and are well–suited for treating well water and surface water containing dissolved solids up to 10,000 ppm. The R2 – Series is specifically designed with a compact frame to fit into small areas such as utility rooms. AXEON R2 – Series Reverse Osmosis Systems have been engineered for capacities ranging from 1,500 to 9,000 gallons per day. These systems include a computer processor with standard control functions for dual TDS monitoring, low pressure monitoring with alarm, pre–treatment lockout, feed flush and tank level input. These models feature high quality components such as a stainless steel multi–stage high pressure pump, low energy membrane elements, membrane housings rated at 450 psi and a cartridge housing with a 5 – micron sediment pre–filter. Options available for the R2 – Series include permeate divert, variable frequency drive, a chemical injection system and a clean–in–place system.
M2 – Series Reverse Osmosis Systems are a line of high capacity systems with flows ranging from 12,000 to 36,000 gallons per day. These systems are ideal for removing the salt content in well water and surface water for use in commercial and light industrial applications. Using an efficient high-pressure pump, the M2 – Series systems are engineered for treating brackish water with levels of 10,000 ppm. M2 – Series Reverse Osmosis Systems feature a computer controller that has dual TDS monitoring, low pressure monitoring and alarm, pretreatment lockout, and feed flush and tank level input while larger models include an additional digital flow monitor. All models include low energy reverse osmosis membrane elements, motorized feed valve, permeate sample ports and a bag filter housing with a 5 – Micron filter bag. Some options available for the M2 – Series include permeate flush, permeate divert, variable frequency drive, chemical injection system and clean–in–place system.
AXEON X2 – Series Reverse Osmosis Systems are engineered to treat demanding feedwater conditions such as high content of dissolved solids. Designed for robust applications requiring high pressures, the AXEON X2 – Series Reverse Osmosis Systems are ideally suited for brackish water. X2 – Series models range in capacity from 21 to 126 gallons per minute (30,240 to 181,440 gallons per day). Using high efficiency 8 – inch reverse osmosis elements with 10% greater membrane surface area, AXEON X2 – Series Systems are able to significantly reduce TDS in both municipal and well water sources while producing higher volumes of permeate water. Low energy brackish water membranes are available for cold temperature applications and high rejection brackish water membranes are available for high TDS applications. The AXEON X2 – Series Systems feature a pre–programmed computer controller, motorized feed valve, TDS probes and panel–mounted pressure and flow instrumentation. The larger models include digital flow indicators and VFD motor controls. Stainless steel components are used for the vertical multistage pump, cartridge filter housing, high pressure piping and valves, and the side ports on the FRP membrane housings.
